What the critical reviews say, and what changed
The negative reviews on the profile cluster around two things: a delivery that took longer than expected, and support that was slow to respond. Both were real. Delivery is now automated end to end (the median order completes in 47 seconds, and the timeline on the homepage is the actual sequence), and support is answered by the people who run the service, with a stated target of under 24 hours and usually much less. We would rather say that plainly than hide the reviews.
How to check any boost provider, including us
- Read reviews off-site. Testimonials on a seller's own page are marketing. Trustpilot, Reddit threads and Discord communities are where the unhappy customers post.
- Look for the coverage terms in writing. A guarantee with no stated duration or process is not a guarantee. Ours is on the refund and coverage page.
- Refuse any credential request. Delivery only needs an invite link. Password, token or 2FA requests are disqualifying.
- Check the price is published and includes tax. Quoted-in-DM pricing changes after you commit.
- Check how long they have been around. Domain age is public. CheapBoosts has operated since 2021.
