An independent Discord boosting service
CheapBoosts.to is a Discord server boosting service operated independently. Our website is hosted on Vercel, payments and checkout are processed by Sell.app and Stripe, and customer support is handled via our Discord server.
This website is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc. or any of its subsidiaries.
Information you give us, and what's collected automatically
Information you provide directly to us. We collect very little information directly. The main cases are:
- Order details: When you place an order, you provide a Discord server invite link so we can deliver boosts. This is the only information required to fulfill your order.
- Newsletter signup (optional): If you sign up for our newsletter, you provide your email address.
- Support communications: If you contact us via Discord, we receive whatever information you choose to share in your message, along with your Discord username/ID.
Information collected automatically.
- Analytics data: We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. This includes pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, referring website, and time spent on pages.
- Hosting logs: Vercel, our hosting provider, automatically logs standard request data (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and operational purposes.
Information collected by payment processors. When you check out, your payment is handled directly by Sell.app and Stripe. These providers collect information such as your name, email address, billing address, IP address, and payment card details. We never see, store, or have access to your full payment card details.
The providers we rely on to operate
We rely on the following third parties to operate. Each has its own privacy policy:
- Vercel: Website hosting and infrastructure.
- Sell.app: Checkout, order processing, and customer records.
- Stripe: Payment processing for card and Apple/Google Pay transactions.
- Google Analytics: Website analytics.
- Discord: Customer support and community.
If you'd like data deleted from one of these services, you may need to contact that provider directly, though we'll do our best to help facilitate the request.
Delivery, support, and keeping the service running
We use the limited information we collect to:
- Deliver your order and provide the warranty replacement if a boost drops within the warranty window.
- Respond to support requests sent via Discord.
- Send newsletter updates if you've signed up (you can unsubscribe at any time).
- Understand how our site is used and improve it.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for advertising or share it with advertisers.
For visitors in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, our legal bases for processing your personal information are:
- Performance of a contract: To deliver the boosts you purchase.
- Legitimate interests: To operate, secure, and improve our service.
- Consent: For non-essential cookies, analytics, and newsletter signups.
- Legal obligation: Where we are required to retain information for tax, accounting, or other legal reasons.
Kept only for as long as we need it
- Order records: Retained by Sell.app and Stripe per their own policies, typically several years for tax/accounting compliance.
- Discord support messages: Remain in our Discord server unless deleted.
- Newsletter subscriptions: Kept until you unsubscribe.
- Google Analytics data: Retained per our configured settings (typically 14 months).
- Vercel access logs: Retained per Vercel's standard retention period.

Our providers operate globally
Our third-party providers (Vercel, Sell.app, Stripe, Google, Discord) operate globally and may process your information in countries outside your own, including the United States. These providers maintain their own safeguards for international transfers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, where required by law.
HTTPS in transit, PCI-compliant payments
We use industry-standard measures to protect our site, including HTTPS encryption for all traffic. Payment processing is handled entirely by PCI-compliant providers (Stripe and Sell.app).
No method of transmission or storage over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Not directed at children under 13
Our service is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EU/UK), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Note that Discord's own Terms of Service require users to be at least 13 years old.
When and how we'll let you know
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we'll provide additional notice via our Discord or website.
